Having a passion for this industry and for its work is why Colorado native Ben Ellefson has been involved in home building and home sales since 2000. Ben's father was a developer in Colorado in the early 80's. I guess you could say he has been around the home industry for some time. His first taste on his own was in the new home industry in early 2000 with a national builder in Denver. After almost seven years and many high achievement awards for sales and customer service Ben wanted to find a way that give more personally and professionally to his clients. And a new chapter began.

In his seven-year career in new home sales he has helped people with everything from your first time buyer town home to your half million-dollar estates. “I really love Colorado and all it has to offer”. Born in Wheatridge, and living from Aurora to Fort Collins and just about everywhere in between has given him the knowledge of the more mature, and new areas in Colorado.
